Shayauna Darrell is a Registered Nurse with clinical experience in both Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and Oncology/Hematology, where she has had the privilege of supporting patients and families during some of the most meaningful, vulnerable moments of their lives.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University, carrying forward the values of compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence that shaped the foundation of her career.

What matters most to Shayauna is creating a comfortable, reassuring, and positive experience for every person she cares for. She believes healthcare is more than treatment — it is connection, trust, and making people feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe.
