Ruth Moran

Compliance & Operations Manager (C-OM)

As a seasoned Registered Practical Nurse with a Certificate in Pharmacology, Ruth has over 30 years of experience in managing healthcare offices and operations. Whether as a Medical Receptionist, Office Administrator, or Agency Manager, she has lent her practice management skills to a variety of medical organizations, including HMC Burnaby Urgent Care & Medical Imaging, Johnsons Marine Service & Waters Edge Marine, and The Pulmonology Specialist.

She first joined Healthcare Solutions in 2021 as a School Temperature Taker during COVID but demonstrated her capabilities quickly, advancing to her current role as Compliance and Operations Manager. In this role, she manages clients and administers contracts, oversees daily operations and helps expand the programme. She is also Health Solutions’ designated PIPA Compliance Officer (Bermuda) and supports the company’s HR functions. Having raised two phenomenal daughters, Ruth now enjoys peaceful, quality time with her beloved pets: Sora, Delta, Echo, and Smudge. She is also a passionate mental health advocate and a proud LGBTQ+ ally.
