Agency Manager

Ruth joined HCS Ltd in October 2021 as a School Temperature Taker during a pivotal time when the world was beginning to reopen. She quickly demonstrated her capabilities beyond this initial role, steadily advancing to her current position as Agency Manager.

A seasoned Registered Practical Nurse with a Certificate in Pharmacology, Ruth brings over 30 years of excellence as a Medical Receptionist and Office Manager. Her extensive experience spans both front and back-office operations, further strengthened by her expertise in Operations Management.

Renowned for her adaptability, Ruth’s calm and positive leadership style, coupled with her exceptional customer service skills, makes her an indispensable member of the HCS Ltd team.

Having raised two phenomenal daughters, Ruth now enjoys peaceful, quality time with her beloved pets: Sora, Delta, Echo, and Smudge. She is also a passionate mental health advocate and a proud LGBTQ+ ally.
