Whether working with governments, startups, or healthcare organizations, her passion lies in transforming systems, integrating technology, and ensuring better health outcomes for all.

In 2022, Claire took a bold step in healthcare technology by co-founding FitToFly.bm, a digital health platform that transformed the way travel health assessments are conducted. The platform’s success led to winning a prestigious tech award, but more importantly, it helped countless people travel safely and efficiently. For Claire, innovation is about real-world impact—finding smarter, faster, and more effective ways to deliver healthcare.
Shaping Healthcare Policy & Public Health
Beyond entrepreneurship, Claire has worked hand-in-hand with the Bermuda government to develop an occupational health program designed to prioritize the well-being of government employees. She takes pride in creating programs that are not just policies on paper but meaningful initiatives that improve lives.

As the former Director of Operations for a US tech company, Claire led initiatives to redefine digital healthcare - using technology to make care more accessible, efficient, and patient-centered. Whether implementing new platforms, streamlining workflows, or improving access to care and services, she thrives on finding solutions that make healthcare work better for everyone.
Expertise in Healthcare Consulting & Quality Improvement
Claire holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Practice in Health & Social Care and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), bringing deep expertise in quality improvement, clinical governance, and healthcare system design. Her work is grounded in practical problem-solving, helping organizations strengthen care delivery, improve outcomes, and implement sustainable operational models.
Claire is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She earned this distinction after successfully completing the American College of Healthcare Executives Board of Governors Examination, recognizing advanced competency in healthcare leadership, governance, and strategy. This credential further reflects her commitment to advancing high-quality, accountable, and patient-centred healthcare services.
