Christian J. “CJ” is the Director of Care Integration and Clinical Governance at Health Care Solutions LTD. He leads a dedicated team of Registered General Nurses and Community Caregivers, driving the expansion, development, and innovation of the company’s care programs.

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, CJ brings deep expertise in Nursing Leadership, Healthcare Case Management, and Program Development. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Executive Leadership and maintains over a decade of certification in Case Management. CJ’s career spans diverse settings, from major hospital systems to community-based integrated care teams, where he meets people in their homes and communities.

Outside of his professional role, CJ enjoys gardening, coaching functional fitness alongside his wife Nevi, and relaxing at home with their cats.
