To complete your online application (on a laptop or ipad), you will need to have the below documents ready to upload:

• Resume 

• Proof of right to work in Bermuda (Birth Certificate or BDA Status Letter or BDA Status page in passport / Spousal Rights Letter)

• Professional License with Bermuda Nursing and Midwifery Council (for RN’s and CNA’s)

• Active Registration with BHeC - BHeC Homecare Provider registration

• BHeC Screening Questionnaire

• Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate

• Police Check (can be the $10 Magistrates Court letter – length must be 7 years and completed within the last 12 months)

• 'Fit to Work' Medical Certificate (please use the BHeC form found on the website and must be completed within the last 12 months)

• Photo ID (we prefer Driver's License)

• Any other documents/certificates to support your registration (Nursing Diploma,CME certificates etc.).
